Well hello there!
I am a values driven woman who has always believed in the incredible potential of humans. My purpose is helping people to thrive and I subscribe to the belief that we must treat our minds and bodies like they belong to someone we love. Each day I seek to motivate greatness, operate in humility, practice generosity, and extend grace.
Ten years owning and operating a successful boutique fitness business has taught me a lot. Longevity and happiness come from the same strategies you need to build a joyful life: knowing who you are, what fills your cup, reflecting on the lens you use to view the world, and knowing that your choices are in alignment with what’s important to you. After the large shifts that many of us have experienced in 2020, we may find ourselves hoping it will “all go back to normal”. There’s neuroscience behind that. But we might be better served during this time to really consider what we value, how we’re going to move forward on a path supported by those values, and invite transformation that helps us create a healthy relationship with the road ahead.
It comes down to this: Do you believe in you to create that change? I believe in you. Let's explore together to make it happen.
Oh, and one other thing. Let's not ever take ourselves too seriously. We only have one go at this life. In light of that.. I frequently dance with abandon, drool over Indonesian food, snuggle with my two dogs, laugh at my foibles and heart-forwardly gush over my family. I've created a fulfilling life in alignment with my priorities and criteria. You can too.
If I haven't yet had the pleasure of meeting you, let's fix that soon.
